                                           throws org.xml.sax.SAXException

Returns a ContentHandler, which is able to handle the given child element.

Parameters:

pNamespaceURI - The child elements namespace URI

pLocalName - The child elements local name

pQName - The child elements fully qualified name

Throws:

org.xml.sax.SAXException
